Jackfruit is not really seasonal in the Mekong Delta: the trees fruit through the year and the Thai super-early varieties planted for export were chosen for exactly that. What moves is the price, and it follows Chinese demand far more closely than it follows any harvest.

That makes it a different planning problem from durian. The question is rarely whether there is fruit; it is what the fruit costs in a week when Chinese demand has moved, and whether there is space on the vessel next to the crop that does have a season.

Year-round. The Thai super-early varieties planted through the Mekong Delta for export fruit continuously, so there is no window to plan around and no month when the crop is unavailable.

What moves instead is demand, almost all of it Chinese, and it moves faster than any harvest would. A jackfruit programme is priced week by week, and the thing worth watching is what else is on the vessel: in durian peak, space is the constraint on a crop that has none of its own.
