Improved
Emails retried during AI outages before filing
If every AI provider fails at once, we now retry the email before filing its attachments without checks. Previously, the first failure meant attachments were filed untriaged and never looked at again. During an outage, attachments may now wait several minutes longer, up to 10 minutes if providers are slow to respond.

Improved
Follow-up emails no longer mis-file documents on retry
Sometimes a follow-up email failed part-way, for example while attaching a file. When it was retried, the wrong document could be filed, or the reply could be flagged as unclear. Retries now pick up from the first attempt, so the correct file goes to the right shipment.
-
Improved
Emails we couldn't read are now flagged
If we couldn't read an email automatically, the shipment page now says so. Members and admins can press Try again to re-run the reading and fill in missing details such as the reference and schedule. The retry doesn't change the status or dates, so you still choose any status yourself.

Improved
Stamped, signed Beta invoice scans now stay current
When both copies of a Beta invoice have prices, Trackberry now keeps the stamped, signed scan as the current copy. The digital PDF carries no origin declaration, so the scan is the document you need as origin proof. Seven Beta shipments already imported will be updated after release, and each scan is checked against the digital copy first.
-
Improved
Warehouse arrival dates now skip closed days
Estimated arrival at your warehouse now counts working days, not calendar days. Weekends, public holidays in the warehouse's region and at the discharge port, and any closures you set are skipped. If your warehouse works through a holiday, add it as an opening under Settings → Warehouse.
-
Improved
Duplicate invoices with different prices now flagged
A stamped scan now replaces a digital copy of the same invoice only when both show the same prices. If the prices differ, Trackberry uses the digital copy, or the newer file if both are the same type, and adds an amber entry to the shipment activity. That entry names the invoice number and both files, so you can compare them.
-
Improved
Documents now back up to your OneDrive nightly
Every night, Trackberry copies your new documents to the OneDrive you connected, into the same folders as your document library. Each file is uploaded once. If Microsoft stops accepting the connection, your admins get an email asking them to reconnect.
-
Improved
Variety names show correct accents and apostrophes
Some variety names now display their proper spelling again. O’NEAL, D’ANJOU and SCARLÓTTA show their apostrophes and accents, as they should.
-
Improved
Signature images no longer saved as documents
Small images with names like emailsig.png or mysig2.jpg are no longer saved as shipment documents. Files such as signed_bl.jpg are still kept.
-
Improved
Invoice prices kept when a scanned copy arrives
When a supplier sends an invoice as both a digital PDF and a scan, Trackberry now keeps the digital copy with its prices. Stamps and signatures on origin declarations are now checked on the document itself, so they are recorded correctly. Affected shipments should show their invoice prices again.
-
Improved
Duplicate emails no longer create second shipments
If the same email reaches Trackberry twice, such as through a mailing list or a retried relay, it no longer creates a second shipment, charge or confirmation. The first email is the one that counts, and the duplicate is ignored. Late attachments on a resent email are now held or released correctly, so files no longer get stuck where you cannot release them.
-
Improved
Microsoft 365 mail verified; approve whole domains
Emails from Microsoft 365 senders are now checked correctly, so fewer of them need manual approval. The Security page updates for new mail only, so older verdicts stay the same.
Each approved sender address now has an "Add *@domain" button. Clicking it approves the whole domain, merges your existing entries into it, and keeps their shipment counts. Consumer mail domains do not get this button.
-
Improved
Connect OneDrive in Cloud backup settings
If you are an organisation admin, you can now connect a OneDrive account from Settings › Cloud backup. You usually won't need your IT team to approve the connection. Documents are not uploaded yet; the backup itself comes in a later update.
-
Improved
Track each container as its own shipment
There is now a new option to have one container per shipment. If you activate it, Trackberry can now split a bill of lading with several containers into one shipment per container. Each container then has its own documents, messages, tracking and billing. Nothing changes unless your organisation switches this on.
-
Improved
Power BI template now available to download
You can now download a ready-made Power BI template from Settings, under API tokens. It includes four report pages: overview, carriers and lanes, free time, and incidents and CO2. You only need to enter your API token to load your data.
-
Improved
New data homepage and weekly arrivals page
The data section now opens on a new homepage. It shows which produce is arriving this week and next, by market. You can also see how recent each source's data is.
There is a new arrivals page too. It shows produce arriving week by week in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. Peru figures are estimated from vessel sailings.

Improved
Fixes for duplicate shipments and packing lists
Replies you send to a new shipment no longer create a second copy of it. If a packing list header names two varieties, each pallet now follows its own row. Excel packing lists with two pallet blocks side by side now import in full, so shipments no longer stay in draft.
-
Improved
Held emails now have their own page
Held emails now have their own page, grouped by sender. You can release or dismiss them one at a time or all at once, and admins can approve a sender or a whole company domain and release everything held from them.
Emails from a known sender that fail verification are also held. They cannot be released in bulk, so review each one on its shipment page. If you dismiss an email by mistake, you can still release it from there.
-
Improved
Fewer real attachments dropped from shipment emails
Trackberry sometimes skipped image attachments with names such as consignee label or design sheet, mistaking them for email signatures. These images now stay with your shipment. Logos and signature images are still skipped.
-
Improved
Older emailed documents no longer overwrite newer ones
If you release an old email late, its transport document no longer replaces a newer one for the same shipment. The older document stays in the list as an earlier version, and the shipment's dates, containers and route stay unchanged.
-
Improved
Held emails now say why they were held
Emails from unknown senders now show "Held: sender not approved" in the banner. Before, they showed "sender not verified", even when sender checks were switched off. Emails from known senders that fail the checks still show "sender not verified".
-
Improved
Colombia data now current, pages load faster
The homepage now shows each origin's latest estimated week, so Colombia no longer lags two months behind. Colombian destinations show port and country names instead of codes, and partly declared weeks now count declared-so-far tonnes, marked with ≥.
Arrivals, the homepage and importer pages also load faster.
-
Improved
DIAN export files now fetched daily alongside SUNAT
Trackberry now fetches DIAN's export files every day, alongside SUNAT's. One file, covering 16–22 May 2026, is damaged at DIAN, so it stays unavailable until DIAN publishes a corrected version. The first daily run will report that file once more.
-
Improved
ETA slip alerts no longer show negative ages
Some ETA slip alerts showed a negative age, such as -14 days. Each alert now counts from the date the arrival first moved past the five-day margin. Open alerts update on the next run, and where that date is unknown you will see 'unknown' instead of a wrong number.
-
Improved
Long pallet numbers now shortened on screen
Long pallet numbers now show only their end on screen, for example …MD01624. Pallets shown together keep enough of the number to tell them apart. Copying, searching the page and the tooltip still give you the full number.
-
Improved
Better checks when packing list totals don't match
When the lines on a packing list do not add up to the totals printed on it, Trackberry now asks a stronger AI model to read the list again. If one model cannot give a usable answer, the next one in line takes over. The first reading of every list is also more reliable, with fewer missed numbers and fewer timeouts.
-
Improved
Pre-allocations and comments hidden on public packing lists
Visitors using a public tracking link no longer see pre-allocations or packing list comments. Pre-allocations show who boxes are promised to, so they stay internal. GGN numbers remain visible, as before.
-
Improved
Check cold-store receipts against your packing list
Trackberry now reads cold-store unloading lists and compares them with your packing list, pallet by pallet. Missing or extra pallets and box differences fail the check, while calibre and class differences give a warning. When a receipt is on file, each pallet in the packing table shows whether it arrived, and a new page lists only the pallets that differ.
-
Improved
Warehouse restacks now explained in shipment checks
When the warehouse restacks boxes onto its own pallets, the check no longer shows those boxes as missing. You now see a line for each restacked group, and the page says no boxes are missing when the totals match. The receipt compared with your packing list is also chosen more reliably, and you can view the warehouse receipt as extracted.

Improved
Calendar shows destination holidays and starts on Monday
Your calendar now shows public holidays for every country your live shipments are bound for. Each holiday is marked in amber, and the selected day lists its holidays above its shipments.
Weeks start on Monday by default. You can switch back to Sunday under User Settings, Week starts on. Free time now counts a weekend holiday on the weekday it is observed.
