A new shipment status: In Warehouse

We’ve added a new In Warehouse status to the shipment lifecycle, between Arrived (at port) and available for sale.

What it means #

When a container has been physically received at your warehouse or cold store, you can mark it as In Warehouse. This tells your team that the produce is ready to sell.

How it works #

Automatic detection — When your freight forwarder emails you to confirm the container is in their facility, Trackberry’s AI recognises it and automatically updates the shipment status.

Manual button — Admins can also mark any live shipment as In Warehouse directly from the shipment page using the new In Warehouse button in the top-right action bar.

Dashboard & Trading View #

The arrival slider has been extended: drag it all the way right to show only shipments that are In Warehouse. Your sales team can use this to see what is available to sell right now.
