A new shipment status: In Warehouse
We’ve added a new In Warehouse status to the shipment lifecycle, sitting between Arrived (at port) and being available for sale.
What it means
When a container has been physically received at your warehouse or cold store, you can mark it as In Warehouse — signalling to your team that the produce is ready to sell.
How it works
Automatic detection — When your freight forwarder emails you to confirm the container is in their facility, Trackberry’s AI recognises it and automatically updates the shipment status.
Manual button — Admins can also mark any live shipment as In Warehouse directly from the shipment page using the new In Warehouse button in the top-right action bar.
Dashboard & Trading View
The arrival slider has been extended: drag it all the way right to filter for shipments that are In Warehouse only — handy for your sales team to see what’s immediately available.
