Download your shipments list as Excel

There’s an Excel button above the shipments table, next to the column picker.

The workbook has two tabs — Sea Freight and Air Freight — mirroring the two tables on screen. The columns, and their order, come from your own column preferences, so the file matches exactly what you’re looking at. Your current search, archive and label filters apply too: filter the list first, and you export that list.

Also new on the index: a Shipping Company column, and the Health column described in shipment monitoring.

Does the export include every shipment or just the ones on screen? #

The ones your current filters select — search, archive state and labels all apply. Clear the filters first if you want everything.

Can I choose which columns end up in the file? #

They come from your column preferences, so set the table up the way you want it and export. Each person’s export matches their own view.
