Customizing Your Shipment View
Choose which columns to display on the shipment list to match your workflow.
2 min readOverview
The shipment list can show a lot of information — but not every column is relevant to every role. Trackberry lets each team member choose which columns they want to see, so everyone gets a clean view tailored to their needs.
Column preferences are saved per user, so your choices don't affect other team members.
Choosing Columns
- Go to the Shipments list
- Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner of the page, next to the search bar
- A dropdown appears with checkboxes for each available column
- Toggle columns on or off — changes save automatically and the page reloads to reflect your selection
Available Columns
| Column | Description | Shown by default |
|---|---|---|
| ERP Ref | The shipment's ERP reference number (see ERP Reference) | ✓ |
| Produce | The produce type (e.g., Grapes, Avocado, Asparagus) | ✓ |
| Status | Current shipment status (Draft, Validated, In Transit, etc.) | ✓ |
| Departure | Departure week | ✓ |
| Arrival | Estimated or actual arrival date | ✓ |

The Container / AWB column (first) and Actions column (last) are always visible and cannot be hidden.
