Bulk Actions

Overview #

Bulk actions let you work with multiple shipments at once from the shipment index page. Select the shipments you need, then archive, label, or export them — all in one step.

Selecting Shipments #

Each row in the shipment list has a checkbox on the left side.

• Single selection — Click individual checkboxes to add shipments to your selection
• Range selection — Hold Shift and click a checkbox to select all shipments between the last checked and the current one
• Select all — Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible shipments on the page

Selected rows are highlighted for easy identification. A floating action bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many shipments are selected and the available actions.

To clear your selection, press Escape or click Clear in the action bar.

Available Actions #

Archive #

Moves selected shipments to the archive. You'll be asked to confirm before the action is applied.

Archived shipments are removed from the active list but can still be accessed through the archive filter.

Add Label #

Applies a label to all selected shipments at once:

1. Click Apply label in the action bar
2. Search for an existing label or type a new name
3. Pick a color from the palette if creating a new label
4. The label is applied to all selected shipments

Export #

Downloads packing data for all selected shipments in your configured export format (e.g. Tradabase XLSX).

• If the selected shipments span multiple containers, Trackberry generates one file per container and downloads them together as a ZIP archive
• If all data fits in a single container, the file downloads directly

The export button checks that all selected shipments have the required data before proceeding. If any shipment is missing data needed for export, you'll see a warning.

Tips #

• Bulk actions apply to selected shipments only — not all shipments matching your current filter
• You can combine filters (status, produce, date range) with bulk selection to quickly find and act on the right shipments
• The action bar stays visible as you scroll, so you can always see your selection count
