Ocean shipments switch tracking provider when needed
If your current tracking provider cannot follow an ocean shipment, Trackberry now tries another provider that covers its shipping line. This happens only before the first tracking update arrives. Shipments still silent seven days after registration are also checked each day and moved if another provider can track them.
