# Trackberry

> Trackberry is a shipment visibility platform for fresh produce importers. It reads shipping documents, tracks containers in real time, and flags shipments that have stopped making progress.

Trackberry manages fresh produce shipments from the packing house to the final
destination. A shipment arrives as a scatter of PDFs and spreadsheets — bills of
lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, phytosanitary certificates — from
suppliers, forwarders and inspectors, each in its own format. Trackberry reads
those documents, turns them into structured pallet data, and keeps that data
current as the container moves.

It is built for the importers, exporters and traders moving perishable cargo in
reefer containers, and it is operated by Rebase Capital SL.

## What Trackberry does

- Reads the shipping documents that arrive by email and files each one against the shipment it belongs to, without anyone rekeying it.
- Tracks containers from carrier data and live AIS vessel positions, and says when a shipment has stopped making progress rather than waiting to be asked.
- Cross-checks a commercial invoice against its packing list and reports what disagrees.
- Records quality inspections and keeps every certificate for a shipment one click away.
- Publishes a tracking page per shipment that a customer can follow without an account.
- Exports to Excel and integrates with the ERP an importer already runs.
- Estimates the ocean CO2 of a shipment for Scope 3 reporting.

## Pricing

- Free while Trackberry is in beta.
- €15 per container once the beta ends — you pay for containers that ship, not for seats or a monthly subscription.
- ERP integration is a one-off from €2,000 plus maintenance from €50 a month, quoted against the system you already run.
